Remodeled Apartment ExampleWe do not accept Section 8 on any of our properties.               

Application, Deposit, and Background check required for all of our units.  We also require our tenants to have renter's insurance.  It is approximatley $8.00 per month. 

We pay water, garbage, sewer, and cable (approx 70 channels). 

Our rents are based on one person in each unit.  If there are more then one person in the apartment, there is an extra $25 charge added for each additional person. 

Special:

Only $15 for each additional person on any units that are open right now and we will do short term leases on most of the units we have available.
