Remodeled Apartment ExampleWe do not accept Section 8 on any of our properties.               

Application, Deposit, and Background check required for all of our units.  We also require our tenants to have renter's insurance.  It is approximatley $8.00 per month. 

We pay water, garbage, sewer, and cable (approx 70 channels).   Each tenant is charged a flat rate of $25 per person for adults and $15 per person for children.  Please ad this amount to the prices below to know what your rent amount would be.

We do not allow dog's at our apartment complex (no exceptions).  We do allow cats with a fee.
