Remodeled Apartment ExampleWe do not accept Section 8 on any of our properties.               

Application, Deposit, and Background check required for all of our units.  We also require our tenants to have renter's insurance.  It is approximatley $8.00 per month. 

We pay water, garbage, sewer, and cable (approx 70 channels).   Our rents are based on one person in each unit.  If there are more then one person in the apartment, there is an extra $30 per month/per person charge added for each additional person.  This rate is available only at original lease signing and not at a later date.

We do not allow dog's at any of our properties (no exceptions).  We do allow cats with a fee.
